Challenge: Fresenius requested a portable display system with matching marketing materials for their national sales team to use at conferences and seminars to promote their newest products.

Solution: With Ambit’s knowledge of display systems, printing of event materials and distribution capabilities, a scalable solution was easy to implement. First a durable table top display system was chosen, one that would hold up after heavy traveling. The graphic panels were then printed on Ambit’s large format printer, producing high-quality, eye-catching prints. After the graphics had been installed, the sales displays were quickly assembled and distributed to Fresenius’s national sales team with matching sales collateral. Ambit’s broad range of in-house capabilities allowed Fresenius to work with one team, eliminating the need to coordinate several vendors. Fresenius benefited, receiving displays and matching collateral pieces distributed out to the field in one fell swoop.

Results: The Fresenius sales team now relies on Ambit to provide the tools they need when they need them. Since the initial project, the collateral has been updated with new graphic panels and printed hand-outs. Fresenius always returns to Ambit for their updates because Ambit keeps their marketing materials looking consistent and saves them money by following set procedures developed for their specific needs.
